Gorilla Genetics Product Purchase and Return Policy

• Sending orders

  Orders are shipped from Monday to Friday, via Econt courier services with a delivery price of 6.00 BGN to an office and 8.00 BGN to a personal address, for orders over 200 BGN the delivery is free. After completing your order you will receive an email with summarized information about your purchase - check your spam folder. Before we send the ordered products to the address you have requested, our employee will contact you at the specified phone number to confirm the order.

• Return conditions

• The customer has the right, within a period not exceeding 15 days from the date of receipt of the product, without owing compensation or penalty and without stating a reason, to return the received items to the address of the city of Sofia, Econt office - Ivan Susanin Str.
  Gorilla Genetics Ltd. refunds all amounts received from the consumer, except for delivery costs.
  The costs of returning the goods are at the customer's expense.
  Returns are allowed under the following conditions:
  • the request for return of the goods is submitted in writing to the e-mail address for correspondence specified by Gorilla Genetics EOOD, within a period not exceeding 15 days from the date of receipt of the order.
  The request must contain the customer's personal bank account to which the amount paid by the customer for the goods will be refunded;
  • the goods are in good commercial condition, original packaging, with original labels, accompanied by the original documents issued by Gorilla Genetics Ltd. - invoice, cash receipt
  • according to the provisions of the ZPA, Gorilla Genetics EOOD refunds the customer the amount paid within 14 days from the date on which the customer exercised his right to return the goods.
  Gorilla Genetics Ltd. reserves the right not to refund the amount paid by the customer in case one or more conditions for returning goods are violated.
  
  Refund of paid amounts by cash on delivery.
  When returning amounts paid by cash on delivery, it is necessary to have identity between the person ordering the goods and the person returning the goods, regardless of who received them. It is the person ordering and the person returning that will receive back the money that was paid by cash on delivery. If the person ordering is a child, the money is returned to the account of the child or his/her legal representative - mother, father, or guardian. For this purpose, it is necessary to present a Birth Certificate or a Decision to appoint a guardian.
