• “gorilagenetics.com” is an e-commerce website – for the sale and delivery of the goods published on it, on behalf of Gorilagenetics EOOD.
• The publication of this site has the meaning of a public invitation to conclude a commercial transaction for the purchase of items online from Gorila Genetics EOOD

• Gorila Genetics EOOD through “gorilagenetics.com” has the right to change the prices of the offered goods at its own discretion, without prior notice. The user is obliged to pay the price that was current at the time of the request for the desired goods.

• If an incorrect or incorrect address, contact person and/or telephone number is provided when submitting the application, Gorila Genetics EOOD through “gorilagenetics.com” is not bound by any obligation to fulfill the order.

• GorilaGenetics EOOD through “gorilagenetics.com” undertakes, after receiving an application from the Client, to deliver the desired goods or inform the Client about other circumstances regarding his application.
• gorillagenetics.com is not responsible if the Client has provided incorrect and/or incomplete data in an order placed at "gorilagenetics.com".
• The information published on the site about sizes and correspondences should be interpreted as indicative. GorilaGenetics Ltd. allows for discrepancies between the announced and actual sizes, for which it is not responsible.
• All prices listed are in Bulgarian leva, including VAT.
